How it is built

Useful first. Specific where it can be. Honest about the limits.

LaunchKit US aims to reduce blank-page work without pretending a template can replace the rules, facts, and professional judgment that apply to a particular business.

1

Start with the business workflow

The first question is what the owner repeatedly needs to decide, record, explain, quote, or send. Product scope begins with that workflow rather than a generic file count.

2

Separate federal, state, local, and professional rules

US requirements vary. Guides use federal sources such as SBA, IRS, and FTC where relevant and state clearly when an owner must check state, county, city, licensing, or professional requirements.

3

Keep claims inside the evidence

Pages describe the file types, contents, price, availability, and intended use that can be verified. They do not promise legal compliance, guaranteed results, or professional advice.

4

Build for editing and review

A template should be a workable starting framework. Owners are told to adapt it to their real operation and seek qualified review where the decision has legal, tax, accounting, licensing, insurance, or financial consequences.

5

Recheck sources and the customer journey

High-stakes guidance links to the responsible authority. Product copy, structured data, pricing, availability, policies, and the checkout journey have to agree with one another, and each is rechecked whenever any of them changes.

The current US release state

The US store is open. The product catalogue is published and checkout is live, and the site is open to search engines. Availability is stated on every product page: where a product has not been released yet, its page says so and it cannot be bought.
