Refund policy.

1. Digital downloads

Every product sold by LaunchKit US is a digital download. Nothing is shipped. After payment, a confirmation email containing your download links is sent to the email address you give at checkout.

2. No refunds once the download has started

Because of the nature of instant digital delivery — the files reach you immediately and can be kept, copied, and used straight away — all sales are final once the download has started. No refund will be issued after that point, except where a file is faulty or materially not as described, which is covered in section 4.

3. Before you buy

Because sales are final once the download has started, we strongly encourage you to:

• Read the full product description before purchasing
• Review the product preview images showing what is included
• Check the file format (PDF, DOCX, XLSX) is compatible with your software
• Ask us any questions before buying — our support contact is hello@yourlaunchkit.co.uk

It is much easier to answer a question first than to unwind a purchase afterwards.

4. Faulty or incorrect files

If you receive a file that is genuinely defective — corrupted, unreadable, incomplete, the wrong product, or materially different from what was described on its product page — contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will investigate and, where the file is confirmed defective, provide a corrected replacement file.

This is not a satisfaction guarantee. It does not extend to dissatisfaction with content, design preferences, or suitability for your specific circumstances. Our products are general business templates — it is your responsibility to review and adapt them for your use.

5. Purchases through a marketplace

If you buy a LaunchKit product through a third-party marketplace rather than directly from us, that marketplace’s own refund process may also apply to your order, and you may need to raise your request there.

6. Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right you may have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you. Our terms of service set out the rest of the agreement between us.
