1. Who we are

LaunchKit — operated by Kevin McCulloch.

LaunchKit provides digital business document templates, tools, and resources for US small business owners. LaunchKit is operated from the United Kingdom and sells digital products to customers in the United States.

2. Products

All products are digital downloads. They are not physical goods, and nothing is shipped to you.

Products are supplied in the file formats stated on the individual product page. Depending on the product this may include PDF, editable DOCX, spreadsheet, or supporting guide files. Not every product includes every format, and not every PDF is fillable or fully editable — the product page states what you get.

Products are general-purpose business templates. They are not legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice, and they are not tailored to the requirements of any particular state or locality. You are responsible for reviewing, adapting, and verifying any document before you use it in your business, including having it reviewed by a qualified professional where that is appropriate.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The price displayed at the time you place an order is the price that applies to that order. Prices may change at any time.

The checkout provider, the payment methods we accept, and any applicable sales tax are shown to you at checkout before you pay.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped. Order confirmation and download access are provided to the email address given at checkout, and the delivery method and any access limits are stated at checkout.

5. Refunds

Digital products are delivered immediately, and our refund posture reflects that. See our refund policy for the full detail of when we will replace files or issue a refund.

6. License and use

When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own business purposes.

You may:

• Edit, customize, and adapt the templates for your business
• Print as many copies as you need for your business use
• Use the documents with your own clients and customers

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the files with others
• Upload the files to any template marketplace, file-sharing, or content-sharing platform
• Claim the templates as your own original work
• Use the files for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual property

All content, designs, and materials remain the intellectual property of LaunchKit. Your purchase grants you a license to use them; it does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

8. Disclaimers

Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that a template will meet the legal, tax, licensing, or regulatory requirements that apply to your business or your location. Our products are tools and starting points, not professional advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or lost data
• We are not liable for business decisions you make based on our templates
• We are not liable for any regulatory, tax, licensing, or legal outcome arising from your use of our products

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to that transaction.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of Scotland, United Kingdom. If you are a consumer, you may also have mandatory rights under the laws of your state or country of residence, and nothing in these Terms limits them.
